Although the item got delivered after more than 2 and a half weeks but right after placing the order it took 10 days for sounce to process the same and the delivery took another 10. When I tried to contact Sounce about the tracking details over email there has been no response at all. None of my emails were addressed. Neither the customer support was accessible nor there is any option to cancel the order for refund through the website. Also the order comes with prepaid payment option only. Once the order gets placed the customer is completely at the mercy of Sounce and one can also end up losing the paid amount if they fail to communicate or fulfill the order. It has been my one of the worst ever online purchases. One can only place the order through this website if they have these 2 in abundance that is money and patience.

Did not receive no answer from customer tried so many times bad and useless company please refund the amount.
