Warranty Coverage
Sounce products are covered by a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website or from authorized sellers. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to initiate a warranty claim. -
What Is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to bonding, stitching, material failure, component failure, or poor workmanship. Coverage is valid only when the product has been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose. -
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:

Fraudulent Claims
Sounce reserves the right to reject any warranty claim suspected to be fraudulent, including but not limited to:

Intentional product damage

Submission of multiple or duplicate claims

Claims for counterfeit products

Use of falsified documents or purchase details
Legal action may be taken against any individual found submitting fraudulent claims.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Resolution Timeline
If your claim is approved, Sounce will offer a resolution in the form of repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion. Resolutions may take up to 7-10 business days after claim verification, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. -
Shipping Responsibility
In case a return is required for inspection or replacement, the customer may be asked to ship the product to our service center. If the warranty claim is valid, any reasonable shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed.
