Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sounce Technologies Private Limited ("Sounce", "we", "our", "us"). We are committed to providing high-quality accessories for smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds, and other electronic devices. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in cases where the product received is manufacturing defective or damaged. We do not offer refunds.

 

Warranty Coverage

  • All Sounce products come with a 7-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include damage due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

 

Replacement Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery)

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be manufacturing defective or damaged during shipping.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must ship the defective item back to our warehouse at your own cost.
  • Once received and inspected, we will send a replacement if the product is found to be eligible under our policy.

 

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at customercare@sounce.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for replacement
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. Once the item reaches our warehouse and is verified, a replacement unit will be shipped to you.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without a valid reason for replacement (e.g., change of mind, compatibility issues not caused by our product)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval

 

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for sending the defective product back to our warehouse are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Sounce will bear the cost of shipping the replacement unit to the customer.
  • We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the returned item does not meet our inspection criteria.
