Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Tracking details are typically activated within 24 hours of dispatch and shared via email and/or SMS.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders:
  • ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹199.
  • Free shipping on orders ₹199 and above.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹199.
  • ₹100 shipping fee for orders ₹199 and above.
• COD is not available for orders above ₹1500.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your address falls outside our delivery network, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund if applicable.

Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or operational disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.
