Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order or item(s) have not been shipped, the customer can request cancellation by writing to support@sounce.com. Once the request is received and verified, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours.

Cancellation After Shipment
Cancellation requests will not be accepted for orders that have already been shipped. Customers are advised to refer to the Return & Refund Policy for further options after delivery. -
Cancellation Charges
A minimum cancellation fee of ₹50 will be charged for all orders that are in the "Ready to Ship" status at the time of receiving the cancellation request. -
Refund Process
For cancellations made before shipment, refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days after receiving the request.
For payments made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 48 to 72 hours after cancellation processing. Depending on the bank, the amount may take an additional 4 to 5 business days to reflect in the customer’s account. -

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for cancellation only before shipment.

Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.

Sounce reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
