I ordered the Sounce Hard EVA Carrying Case for Skullcandy Riff 2, Crusher Evo, Crusher ANC/ANC 2, Hesh Evo & Hesh ANC from Sounce’s website on 26th June 2025. The product was never delivered, and Amazon tracking shows it was returned to the seller.
I contacted Sounce multiple times via email but received no response. This is very disappointing, and I expected better communication and service. I am still waiting for either my product to be re-shipped or my full refund to be processed.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Sounce to others.

The shipping was handled via Amazon, and it was returned to the seller without any delivery attempt or update. I tried reaching out to customer support but didn't receive a proper response initially.
I was really looking forward to using this case for my headphones, but this experience was disappointing. I hope the team can improve their delivery process and communication.
